I am excited to begin another year at the Lang School, teaching Drama and Performance. I will also be immersed in our school's Talent Development programs, as the Director for Talent Development. I am committed to connecting students to the world of creative theatrical play and collaboration. I love working with an ensemble- no matter the size. I believe that fundamental performance skills (listening, reacting, collaborating, supporting, and so much more) affords students an opportunity to develop life skills that will prove to be of great benefit beyond the classroom. Born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland, I trained as a lawyer. A move to America (Chicago/New York) led to many years working as an actor, musician and (occasional) dancer. Life outside school is spent with my wonderful wife and two kids. These days, any free time takes me to the Rockaways as I appear to have become obsessed with surfing.
